刘玉秀,女,博士,副教授,硕士生导师,入选2019年陕西省高校科协青年人才托举计划。2018年7月于西北农林科技大学农学院获得农学博士学位,期间于2014年至2016年在美国爱达荷大学和华盛顿州立大学联合培养2年,同年留校工作。
小麦优异种质和基因资源挖掘及新品种选育。
本科生《农业概论》、《种子法规与品种权保护》等课程,本科生教学实习和毕业实习等实践课程。
先后主持国家自然科学青年基金、科技部外国专家项目、陕西省自然科学基金青年人才等项目,并先后参与国家“十三五”重点研发计划、国家“十三五”作物种质资源保护、陕西省国际合作等项目。近年来,在《Journal of the Science of Food and Agriculture》、《Foods》、《Field Crops Research》、作物学报等期刊发表论文30余篇。参与选育小麦新品种普冰322、普冰151。
