陈明训

1.基本信息

陈明训,男,1984年7月生,博士,三级教授,博士生导师。2008年和2013年分别于西北农林科技大学和浙江大学获得农学学士和博士学位。2012年5月至2014年9月在新加坡国立大学生物系开展合作研究和博士后研究工作。2014年9月入职西北农林科技大学农学院。曾挂职农业农村部科技教育司教育处副处长、校科研院重大项目处副处长。先后入选****、中国科协“青年人才托举工程计划”、陕西省青年科技新星等。现为全国油菜扩种专家指导组成员,全国油菜专家指导组成员,国家烟草专卖局转基因育种重大专项专家委员会委员,担任陕西省作物杂种优势研究与利用重点实验室主任、陕西省高等学校学科创新引智基地(油菜分子改良理论与技术创新引智基地)负责人、陕西省科技创新团队负责人、陕西省油菜产业体系岗位科学家、陕西省农作物学会理事、陕西省科技特派员等,Phyton-Int. J. Exp. Bot.副主编、中国油料作物学报英文版编委、Journal of Integrative Agriculture青年编委以及Front. Plant Sci.、Plants和Metabolites等专题主编。

油菜种质资源创新与生物技术育种

3.教学情况

目前主要承担本科生《农业生物技术》《植物分子生物学》和“大国三农”通识课程《现代作物生物育种:科学与艺术》以及研究生《英文科技论文写作》《高级种子学》和《作物遗传育种专题》等课程。

4.科研成果

近年来,发表研究论文30余篇。主持国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发子课题以及陕西省重点研发等科研项目10余项。授权国家发明专利1项,申请国家发明专利4项,参与登记油菜品种3个。

科技奖励:

(1)项目“十字花科油籽脂肪酸及营养品质形成的分子机制”获教育部高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖(科学技术)自然科学类二等奖(排名第2)。

(2)项目“透明种皮家族基因对于油籽脂肪酸积累的负向调控机制的发现”获浙江省自然科学奖二等奖(排名第2)。

(3)项目“油籽脂肪酸积累的分子机制及油菜种质创制”获陕西省高等学校科学技术研究优秀成果奖二等奖(排名第1)。
