
一、基本信息
陈明训,男,1984年7月生,博士,三级教授,博士生导师。2008年和2013年分别于西北农林科技大学和浙江大学获农学学士和博士学位。2012年至2014年在新加坡国立大学生物系开展合作研究和博士后研究工作。2014年9月入职西北农林科技大学农学院。曾挂职农业农村部科技教育司教育处副处长、校科研院重大项目处副处长,曾任农学院副院长,现任校人才办副主任。先后入选国家重大人才计划青年项目、农业农村部神农青年英才、中国科协青年人才托举工程、陕西省青年科技新星等人才计划。现为作物抗逆与高效生产全国重点实验室固定研究人员、全国油菜扩种专家指导组专家、全国油菜专家指导组专家、国家烟草专卖局转基因育种重大专项专家委员会委员,担任陕西省作物杂种优势研究与利用重点实验室主任、陕西省高等学校学科创新引智基地(油菜分子改良理论与技术创新引智基地)负责人、陕西省科技创新团队负责人、陕西省油菜产业体系岗位科学家等,兼任Phyton-Int. J. Exp. Bot.、中国油料作物学报英文版和植物学报编委、Journal of Integrative Agriculture青年编委以及Front. Plant Sci.、Plants和Metabolites等专题主编。

主要承担本科生《农业生物技术》《植物分子生物学》《新生专业研讨课》和“大国三农”通识课程《现代作物生物育种:科学与艺术》以及研究生《英文科技论文写作》《高级种子学》《作物遗传育种专题》和《作物科学研究进展》等课程。
四、科研成果
近年来,发表研究论文40余篇。主持国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发和生物育种专项子课题以及陕西省重点研发等科研项目20余项。授权或申请国家发明专利15项,国家登记油菜新品种5个。
科技奖励:
(1)项目“油籽脂肪酸形成的分子机制研究与应用”获陕西省自然科学奖二等奖(排名第1)。
