一、个人基本信息

黄镇,男,教授,博士,博士研究生导师,西北农林科技大学首批“仲英青年学者”,中国作物学会油料专委会常务委员兼油料遗传育种学组副组长、陕西省生物安全岗位专家,作物抗逆与高效生产全国重点实验室PI,湖南岳麓山实验室PI,西北农林科技大学油菜种质资源创新及品种选育团队负责人。

1、油菜种质创新及新品种选育

三、教学及指导学生情况

2009年起至今,承担了本科生的《遗传学》教学,主持建设了《植物分子育种》、《科研技能训练》以及《科研伦理与学术规范》等课程。

2010年荣获西北农林科技大学首批青年教师讲课比赛校级二等奖,先后指导大学生科创项目10余项(3项国家级)。参与了农学院学位授权点评估、农学院农学专业的认证、负责了5个本科专业培养方案修订以及3门课程的质量标准修订等工作。主持教学改革项目4项,发表教学改革论文2篇。

指导及合作指导的硕、博研究生70多名,目前正在指导的硕士研究生28名、博士研究生14名、其中海外留学博士研究生3名。博硕士毕业生42人,1人荣获校级“优秀博士学位论文”,4人荣获校级“优秀硕士学位论文”。

四、研究成果

自参加工作以来一直从事油菜抗病、抗逆机理的研究及种质创新,先后图位克隆了8个耐盐碱、抗寒、抗根肿病的基因,解析了油菜耐盐的调控机理,并开展了育种实践。利用远缘杂交技术创制了8份具有独立自主知识产权的抗根肿病的油菜种质及育种亲本系,创制了20多份抗寒、耐盐碱、抗旱育种亲本系并应用到油菜育种中,选育及合作选育了油菜新品种20多个,其中国审3个;荣获陕西省科学技术二等奖2项。共发表研究论文50多篇,其中在在《Plant Communications》《Horticulture Research》《Plant Cell & Environment》《Theoretical and Applied Genetics 》《Industrial Crops and Products》等主流杂志上发表SCI论文30多篇,申请或授权国家发明专利8项。

先后主持的项目包括国家自然基金面上项目与青年项目、“十三五”国家重点研发计划子课题、十四五重点研发计划子课题、科技创新2030子课题、教育部博士点基金、陕西省自然基金、陕西省优秀留学回国人员资助项目、拉萨市科技计划重大专项、陕西省及杨凌示范区科技计划等20多项。
