一、基本信息

吉万全,男,陕西合阳人,博士,教授,博士生导师。现任中国种子协会生物育种产业化分会副会长、中国农学会遗传资源分会副主任委员;国家小麦改良中心杨凌分中心主任,农业农村部作物基因资源与种质创制陕西科学观测试验站站长,陕西省农作物品种审定委员会委员、小麦专业委员会主任委员;《麦类作物学报》主编,《作物学报》、《西北农林科技大学学报(自然版)》和《干旱地区农业研究》等期刊编委。陕西省有突出贡献专家,享受政府特殊津贴。

二、学习工作经历

学习经历

1979.9-1983.7,西北农学院,获农学学士学位。

1985.9-1988.7,中科院西北植物研究所,获农学硕士学位。

1996.7-2001.7,中国农业大学,获农学博士学位。

工作经历

1983.7-1985.8,黑龙江省大庆市农科所,助理农艺师。

1988.7-1999.8,陕西省农业科学院,副研究员

1999.9至今,西北农林科技大学农学院,教授。

1993,加拿大植物研究中心,访问学者。

1999,以色列,访问学者。

三、研究方向

小麦远缘杂交与分子染色体工程育种。

四、开设课程

为博硕士研究生讲授《作物遗传育种研究进展》等课程。

目前已培养硕士研究生65名,博士研究生27名;在读硕士研究生15名,博士研究生8名。

五、 学术成果

自1983年参加工作以来, 一直从事小麦染色体工程与育种研究。先后主持国家重大专项、863课题、国家重点研发计划课题、国家自然科学基金、农业部重点项目、省科技攻关项目等二十余项。在小麦染色体工程研究方面,获得了普通小麦稳定自交结实缺体系统20个, 该项研究达世界先进水平。利用分子染色体工程技术,将十倍体长穗偃麦草、中间偃麦草、华山新麦草、冰草和野生二粒小麦等的优异基因转入普通小麦背景中,创制出一批抗条锈病、白粉病或赤霉病的抗源亲本。在小麦染色体工程育种研究方面,培育出国审小麦新品种西农509、西农529、西农511、西农501、西农733、西农172、西农162、西农161等和省审小麦新品种陕麦150、远丰175、陕麦159、西农519、西农518、西农533、西农186、西农5812、西农5813等,在黄淮麦区推广5000多万亩。

主要获奖成果:

(1)“普通小麦稳定自交结实缺体系统的创制”1998年获国家发明三等奖(第2完成人);

(2)“小麦种质资源中重要育种目标性状的评价与创新利用”获2014年获得国家科技进步奖二等奖(第4完成人)

(3) “ 强筋小麦新品种远丰175和陕麦159的选育”2015年获陕西省科学技术奖一等奖(第1完成人);

(4)“优质强筋抗病小麦新品种西农509和西农529的选育和推广”获2021年陕西省科技技术奖一等奖(第1完成人)
