赵翠珠

一、基本情况

赵翠珠,女,1982年7月出生,山东临沂人,硕士生导师。

二、研究领域或研究方向

植物脂质代谢与油料作物基因工程。集中在油料作物抗逆和含油量的分子改良这两个方面。(1)通过转录组测序、CHIP-seq等高通量测序手段,筛选抗逆相关目标基因,利用基因编辑和其他基因工程手段改造油料作物,并研究改良作物的分子机理。(2)通过模式植物拟南芥,研究植物油脂代谢相关酶及转录因子等的作用机制及调控的分子机理,利用基因工程手段实现油菜、大豆和亚麻荠等油料作物含油量及脂肪酸组成的改良。

三、开设课程

承担《遗传学》《细胞生物学》等课程教学任务,开设了《基因编辑》《太空生物学》等课程。指导本科生科创项目、生命科学竞赛及创新创业项目,并担任本科生学业导师。

1.承担科研项目情况

(1)主持,国家科技重大专项子课题,黄淮生态区转基因油菜新品种培育(2018ZX08020001-011),159.11万元。

(2)主持,国家自然基金青年项目,转录因子BnaNAC172调控油菜耐盐的作用机制研究(31901573),25万元。

(3)主持,陕西省自然科学基础研究计划项目,NAC转录因子BnNAC77对油菜含油量的影响及作用机制研究(2016JQ3011),4万元。

(4)主持,杨凌示范区科技计划项目,工业用超高芥酸油菜的分子育种(2017NY-05),10万元。
