一. 基本信息

田鹏,1985年9月生,陕西眉县人,博士,副教授。

二. 学习工作经历

2005年9月-2009年7月,西北大学,生命科学与技术专业(基地班),学士2009年9月-2012年7月,西北大学,植物学,硕士。

2012年9月-2018年1月,中国科学院遗传与发育生物学研究所,遗传学,博士。

2018年8月-2022年6月,深圳大学,生命与海洋科学学院,博士后。

2022年7月-至今,西北农林科技大学,农学院,副教授。

三.研究方向

表观遗传机制包括DNA甲基化、组蛋白修饰、非编码RNA、染色质重塑等,在真核生物基因组稳定性维持、基因表达调控等方面发挥重要作用,对于作物的生长发育、环境适应具有重要影响。表观调控机制在作物逆境响应过程中的作用是研究的热点。目前以马铃薯为主要对象,通过高通量组学研究技术及分子生物学手段,研究表观遗传机制在作物抗病、抗逆过程的作用机制,探索作物抗病、抗逆的新途径。
